DIY ACCENT SIDE TABLE in 15 minutes or less!
Instructions on how to make a rustic DIY side table or accent piece. Easy to customize with any 3 plated candle holder. I made two of them and used them as bedside tables.
SKILL LEVEL: EASY
SUPPLIES:
- (2) slices of wood about 1-2 inches thick (I found some already stained and sealed)
- Liquid Nail
- Pen or Pencil
- (1) 3 plated pillar candle holder (I found mine for 50% off at Hobby Lobby)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place one slice of wood on your work area.
- Center candle holder on slice of wood.
- Put a small mark where each point lands on the wood.
- Remove candle holder and apply a small amount of liquid nail to each marking.
- Place candle holder into the 3 areas of liquid nail.
- Fill the top of each candle holder with liquid nail and glue the second slice of wood on top.
- Allow to dry following the instructions on the back of the liquid nail.
Great to use as an accent piece or side table. I made 2 and used them as bedside tables.
