Easy Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas
These delicious sheet pan steak fajitas are loaded with flavor and very easy to make!
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Slice the steak and vegetables, place in marinade, toss all the ingredients onto the sheet pan and cook for 15-20 minutes.
When the food has 5 minutes left to cook, place a stack of tortillas on the corner of the pan to warm. I usually put the oven on broil for these last five minutes. Just be sure to keep an eye on the stack of tortillas so that they do not burn.
Top with all your favorite fajita toppings! I personally love sour cream, guacamole, freshly squeezed lime, salsa, shredded cheese and fresh cilantro!
Serve with a side of chips and salsa! Voila, you have a delicious dinner that did not take too much effort to prepare!
And besides, who doesn't love Mexican food?!
