This flavor filled cobb salad recipe can be used as a meal, or a side dish!

You can also substitute the teriyaki flavored chicken for traditional chicken if you desire.

I love to make this salad in a big wooden serving bowl so I can easily mix all the ingredients together.

This recipe makes 1 extra large salad, or 2 medium size salads.

Chicken Teriyaki Cobb Salad Recipe

This chicken teriyaki cobb salad drizzled with honey mustard and balsamic vinaigrette dressing is packed with protein and nutrients! It's loaded with tasty ingredients and so easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 2 pieces Tyson Grilled Teriyaki Chicken
  • 1 Avocado
  • 4 tbsp Croutons
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 diced Roma Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Honey Mustard Dressing

Instructions

  1. Begin boiling eggs and gathering ingredients. I usually boil my eggs for 14 minutes.
  2. Warm Tyson Grilled Chicken Teriyaki filets following the instructions on the back of the package.
  3. Dice the roma tomato.
  4. Cut the avocado in half and slice.
  5. Place 2 cups of baby spinach leaves on each plate to begin constructing salad.
  6. Add avocado, croutons, feta cheese crumbles, roma tomato and sunflower seeds atop the bed of spinach.
  7. Dice grilled chicken teriyaki and hard boiled eggs and add to salad.
  8. Drizzle each salad with 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette dressing and 1 tbsp of honey mustard dressing.
  9. Enjoy!

Notes:

May use traditional chicken if you do not prefer the teriyaki flavor.
