"Hi everyone! My name is Kelsey from dawnbythesea.org and I’m so excited to be visiting you all at The Berry Basics! Here's a little bit about myself... I’m a motherhood, lifestyle and military wife blogger. I’ve been married to my best friend a little over two years now. Together we have a two year old daughter, and we are expecting baby number two this September. This pregnancy has been slightly different than my first, starting with the cravings! I can’t remember ever craving anything in my first pregnancy and with this pregnancy, I feel like I’m always craving something! Especially my lunch time meals. Call me crazy, but I’ve had the same lunch everyday for about a month now, and each day I look forward to the next time I can eat it again. Wondering what it is?? Let me tell you about my go-to sandwich!Every day I take my ingredients and lay them all out. Sandwich making is like making a piece of art, at least that's what my husbands says since he worked at Subway back in highschool. He calls himself a sandwich artist. I find it hilarious but I have to say, he makes pretty good sandwiches. To make my sandwich, I use two whole wheat bread slices and spread both sides with extra mayo. I then take about 5-7 slices of turkey breast lunch meat and lay it on one slice. Next, I take bbq chips and put a handful on top of the turkey slices. Completing my sandwich, I take the other piece of bread and put it on top. I don’t have very many ingredients for my lunch time master piece but it sure is YUMMY!To complement my cold turkey sandwich, I put a few more bbq chips on the side and of course a pickle! Just thinking about this is making my mouth water for another sandwich. I've gotten smart about my sandwich making lately since my little one keeps stealing my sandwiches and pickles every time! I finally decided to make her a half of one so she has her own! I really don’t know why I didn’t think of that a month ago. If you haven’t tried a sandwich like this before, you should! It’s delicious!!!"
